Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Disconnect a Google integration

Sign in to EasyEnroll, open the applicable integration or mailbox settings and choose disconnect. Disconnecting prevents EasyEnroll from making new requests through that stored authorization.

Disconnect Gmail

Disconnecting Gmail clears EasyEnroll's stored Gmail access token, refresh token, token expiry and authorized-scope information and marks the mailbox connection as disconnected.

Disconnecting does not delete messages, drafts, labels or other Gmail content. Users may separately revoke EasyEnroll from their Google Account security settings.

Disconnect Google Calendar

Disconnecting Google Calendar attempts to revoke the Google authorization and deletes EasyEnroll's stored Calendar token record.

Calendar events already created in the user's Google Calendar are not automatically deleted merely because the integration is disconnected.

Disconnect Google Drive

Disconnecting Google Drive clears EasyEnroll's stored Drive access and refresh credentials and marks the Drive integration as disconnected.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete EasyEnroll folders or files already created in the connected Google Drive. Those files remain under the control of the Google account owner.

Client, ticket and document deletion in Google Drive

When an authorized user deletes a client or ticket in EasyEnroll, EasyEnroll attempts to move the related EasyEnroll-managed Google Drive folder to the connected account's Drive trash.

When synchronized documents become removed, declined, reverted or otherwise stale, EasyEnroll may move the corresponding managed Drive file to trash during synchronization. Final deletion from Google Drive trash is controlled by the Google account owner and Google.

Revoke access directly from Google

Users may revoke EasyEnroll from their Google Account security settings under third-party app access. Revoking access prevents EasyEnroll from retrieving or modifying new Google data through that authorization.

Request deletion of EasyEnroll data

To request deletion of EasyEnroll account data or connected Google integration data, email support@easyenroll.ca from the address associated with the account.

Include the organization name, user email address, affected Google integration and a description of the information to be deleted. EasyEnroll may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

Retention after deletion

OAuth credentials are removed or invalidated as described above. Certain security, audit, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or financial records may be retained where required. Residual copies may remain in encrypted or access-controlled backups until overwritten through ordinary backup cycles.
