Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect Google access
To disconnect Gmail or another Google integration, sign in to EasyEnroll, open the integration or mailbox settings, and choose disconnect. This removes EasyEnroll's active connection for that account.
Revoke from Google
Users may also revoke EasyEnroll access from their Google Account security settings under third-party app access. Revoking access prevents new Google data from being retrieved through that authorization.
Request deletion
To request deletion of EasyEnroll account data or connected Google integration data, contact support@easyenroll.ca from the email associated with the account. Include the organization name, user email and the data you want deleted.
Retention limits
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, backup, dispute resolution or financial purposes. Backup copies may expire according to ordinary backup cycles.
