Service

EasyEnroll provides a hosted CRM platform for educational agencies and related organizations. Features may include lead management, communications, scheduling, document workflows, reporting, user administration and third-party integrations.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for user access, permissions, lawful data handling, consent, notices, account security, independent backups and compliance with laws applicable to their records and communications.

Third-party integrations

Third-party services, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, Calendly, Zoom, payment processors and messaging providers, are governed by their own terms. EasyEnroll is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes or authorization failures.

Acceptable use

Users must not use EasyEnroll unlawfully, send spam or deceptive communications, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, upload malicious code, scrape protected systems, or use the service to facilitate fraud or harm.
