Google User Data Notice

Purpose

This notice explains how EasyEnroll accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data when a user connects a Google account to EasyEnroll.

Gmail access

If a user connects Gmail, EasyEnroll may use Gmail access to display mailbox folders and message threads, search messages, read selected messages and attachments, mark messages read or unread, apply labels, archive, trash, star or unstar messages, save drafts and send emails from the connected account when authorized by the user.

Limited use

EasyEnroll uses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing CRM features selected by the user or their organization, to maintain security, to troubleshoot support requests, and to comply with applicable law. EasyEnroll does not sell Google user data. EasyEnroll does not use Google user data for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

EasyEnroll's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

OAuth tokens are stored on EasyEnroll servers to maintain the connection. EasyEnroll uses technical and organizational safeguards to protect connected-account data and access tokens. Access is limited based on tenant, user role and mailbox permissions.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared with third parties except service providers required to operate EasyEnroll, when directed by the customer or user, or when required by law.

Disconnecting access

Users can disconnect Gmail inside EasyEnroll. Users can also revoke access from their Google Account security settings. See the Data Deletion Instructions.
